"The Fortified.... for safer living" program is being pioneered in Galveston at Beachtown as an obvious commitment to designing and building to a higher standard of structural integrity. They have exceeded Fortified requirements by building structures with concrete pilings, tie beams, and hollow- core floor panels. Beachtown has raised the bar sustainability.
